Colorado Apart Hotel accommodates two to seven people comfortably;
all units include a kitchenette, TV, individual heating thermostats
and terraces with spectacular views of the slopes in daylight and
the Santiago's lights after dark. Relax, in a warm and informal atmosphere.
Our old stone Restaurant Cadaques offers delicious Spanish and Chilean

| RESERVATION
AND CANCELLATIONS |
1.- A 50%
deposit of the total amount is required to guarantee the reservation
which should respond to the effective use and on the exact dates indicated
in it. Balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
All reservation must be in writing confirmed.
2.- COLORADO APART HOTEL is obligated to respect the reservation under
the conditions established in it. Any modification to the reservation
related to its date, duration and other terms, must be made in agreement
with COLORADO APART HOTEL who may reject the same due to a lack of
room availability or other reasons, without justifying its decision
to the client.
3.- If due to some reason, unforeseen circumstances, or "force
major ", the client does not make use of his reservation and
fails to send a timely cancellation, COLORADO APART HOTEL will retain
the total amount received as a compensation for the losses incurred
due to non-utilization of the reservation.
4.- EARLY DEPARTURE : In case a guest has to leave COLORADO APART
HOTEL before the date indicated in the reservation, no reimbursement
whatsoever will be made and the non utilized stay will not be carried
over to another reservation in the future.
5.- POLICY IN CASE OF LACK OF SNOW : If , due to a lack of snow, all
of its ski lifts stop functioning, COLORADO APART HOTEL will consider
the reimbursement of 100% of the total amount paid, deducting USD
45 per person, towards communication and administration expenses.
Moreover, we provide our client with the alternative of transferring
the money already paid to a new reservation in the same season and
category as the original reservation. However, this would require
prior confirmation of room availability.
6.- POLICY IN CASE OF BLOCKED ROAD : In case the road leading to the
ski resort is closed due to climatic conditions, COLORADO APART HOTEL
will not reimburse or cover any expenses that may be incurred by the
guests due to the delay in their arrival to or departure from COLORADO
APART HOTEL.
7.- Is responsibility of the Agency to inform the passengers at the
moment to make the reservation all conditions written in this statement. |

| CANCELLATIONS |
1.- In
case of a timely withdrawal notification of a minimum of 45 days to
the reservation date, COLORADO APART HOTEL will reimburse to the client
the total amount paid, deducting USD 45 per person, towards communication
and administration expenses. The reimbursement shall be made in the
same currency as the deposit, without any readjustment or interest.
2.- In case of a timely withdrawal notification between 44 and 30
days before arrival to COLORADO APART HOTEL, shall hold back 50% of
the total amount paid for the reservation services.
3.- Less than 30 days or "No Show", no reimbursement whatsoever
shall be made.
4.- All cancellation must be in writing and sent it to our fax number
